From Hoyo to the Sky.

De Hoyo al cielo

This is how we call the night outings to see the stars that we make accompanied by an expert astronomer. These outings, promoted by the blog Cosas de Hoyo and the Hoyo de Manzanares City Council, are one of the most popular activities of the summer of today.

The program begins in broad daylight in the month of May, observing the largest of the stars that we see, the Sun. In the months of June, July, August and September, we walk to the edge of the urban area, leaving light pollution as far behind as possible and there, wrapped up at night, we learn to identify other stars, planets, constellations and other celestial bodies.

Most of the time this solar observation ends a magical tale under the stars and a lemonade courtesy of the Portalón Bar de Copas. It is undoubtedly the perfect plan for summer nights.

To participate you must register in advance.
